Export an environment's services and settings to a file.
Usage
openrail config pull [--file PATH]Flags

Details
- The file uses the config file schema. Variables are listed by name; values are not written.
Railway equivalent
Railway has no direct equivalent; its config style sync is planned for a later openrail release.
Every command also accepts the global options.
